Affinity Groups
An Affinity Group is any group of CSU Dominguez Hills alumni who have an interest in serving to help meet and support the mission of the University. These groups represent a unique blend of volunteers who desire to support the mission of the Alumni Association and the University. Alumni members typically choose to develop groups in one of two categories:
- Academic Affinity Groups – formed by CSU Dominguez Hills alumni from a particular college, department or other academic organizations
- Special Interest Affinity Groups – formed by CSU Dominguez Hills alumni who have interests in specific careers, cultural issues, student activities and athletics.
