Alumni
"Come Home" event was held Thursday, November
13, 2003. More than 300 CSUDH alumni came back to campus for the
Alumni “Come Home” event, which ushered in a new era
for the University’s relationship with alumni.
It
was also the first time many alumni toured the new facilities at
the Home Depot Center on the University's campus.

Fest attracted more than 2,000 visitors to campus last April
2004. This year, Alumni Relations passed out information during the
cultural awareness event. |

Sponsor, Liberty Mutual, donated a cake to celebrate the festivities.

| Held
in late April, The President's Dinner Benefiting Scholarships
at California State University, Dominguez Hills honored Presidential
Scholars and exemplary donors. The Alumni Association donated 10,000
toward scholarships. |

Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacekeeping Alumni
Affinity Group (NCPAA) Conference held its annual conference
on campus on June 12, 2004. This year's theme was "Strategize
Peaceful and Empowering Approaches to Resolving Conflict". The
NCPAA is an Affinity group part of the Alumni Association, Inc. |

| The
Office of Alumni Relations gave gifts to CSUDH alumni staff on
Staff Appreciation Day last July 15, 2004. Over 300 of our
alumni are on staff at CSUDH. |

on July 19 to 25, 2004, the second annual JPMorgan Chase Open
brought together leading tennis players like Serena and Venus Williams,
Lindsay Davenport and Chanda Rubin at the Home Depot Center. The Office
of Alumni Relations hosted at a private box for alumni. |

| CSU Alumni and Friends had a special night
at the LA Galaxy Game at the Home Depot Center on the CSUDH
campus on September 11, 2004. |

The evening ended with a post-game autograph session
with two Galaxy players. |
| During Welcome Week, 2004, the Office of
Alumni Relations sponsored the Dunk Tank to raise money for 2
scholarship funds. Faculty & Administrators took turns being
dunked for a good cause. |
