Notes:
A final draft of the California State University Dominguez Hills Policy of the Use of Information Technology Services and Resources was under review by the executive committees of Associated Students, Inc., and the Academic Senate in November 2003. The document was the result of 24 monthsí work by the campuswide Technology Advisory Council (TAC). The primary purpose of the policy is to ensure that the University's technology resources are used in support of the University mission and in compliance with federal and state laws. TAC meets next on January 8, 2004. After this date, TAC will send the policy to the university presidentís Operations Council and seek its approval for implementing the policy either as a standalone or as a presidential memorandum. Once approved, the policy will be posted on the university web site http://www.csudh.edu.
