All full-time employees and part-time permanent employees may be eligible to participate in the Fee Waiver Program. However, full-time temporary employees' appointment ending date must end at the end of the semester or beyond a semester. An employee on an approved full or partial leave of absence remains eligible to participate. Full-time Management Personnel Plan employees also are eligible to participate. There is a separate policy and procedures for Faculty Dependent Fee Waiver.

Employees who are not eligible are: work study/student assistants, auxiliary, part-time temporary employees and graduate assistants.
