Dr. Amer El-Ahraf
Co-Founder and Director Emeritus
Dr. El-Ahraf is a graduate of the UCLA School of Public Health and a participant in the MDP (Management Development Program) at Harvard University.
Presently Dr. El-Ahraf is the Executive Advisor to the College of Health and Human Services and a Professor of Health Sciences at California State University, Dominguez Hills. While serving at Dominguez Hills, he presides as the President of the American European University Consortium.
Dr. El-Ahraf has authored The Impact of Public Policy on Environmental Quality and Health, Internationalizing the University Curriculum, Partners of Quality in a University Setting and Managing with Diversity in Colleges and Universities.
Dr. El-Ahraf, former Executive Vice President of University Advancement, also continues an active role as a consultant to the World Health Organization.
