Whether you want to buy a car or convince a loved one which restaurant to select for dinner, this course will teach you how to negotiate problems and resolve conflicts. We face daily situations that create conflict as we attempt to communicate with others. As humans, we all have different opinions on what we think is correct. This course will offer you skills on how to determine what is creating the conflict and how it can be resolved. Real life examples will be used with some role play situations.
