Registration for CSUDH OSHA Courses
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR COURSE PARTICIPANTS. Please note the prerequisites required for OSHA 500, 501, 502, 503, 2265, 5400 and 5600. The prerequisites can be found in the course descriptions, and you must submit proof of these requirements at the time of registration. First Time Student? Get a Discount!
First time students of the CSUDH OTIEC are eligible to receive 15% off of their first class.

 

Refer a Friend and Get a Discount!
Not a first time student, but still want a discount? Refer a friend for their first CSUDH OTIEC class, and you both receive 15% off (your friend receives 15% off their first class, and you receive 15% off the class of your choice).

 

The 15% discount offer does not apply to OSHA Train the Trainer Update Courses (OSHA 502, OSHA 503, OSHA 5029, OSHA 5039), the CPR class (OSX 908), or the 10 and 30 hour Outreach Training Program (OSX 997, OSX 998, OSX 996, OSX 902).

 

Discounts may not be combined; one discount per student per course allowed.

INTRODUCTORY TUITION DISCOUNTS – A discount of 10% for open-enrollment CSUDH OSHA Education Center classes is available for the following associations:

• Current Members of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE)
• Current Members of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA)
• Current Members of the California Society for Safety and Security Professionals (CSSSP)
• Veterans of the United States armed forces

  If you have taken a class at CSUDH after 1995, or if you have inquired about a class and have submitted your name, address, e-mail and birthdate, you may register online through my.csudh.edu. When registering online, you must pay immediately via credit card, or you will be dropped from the class.

Signed authorization of one-time credit card use (email does not require signature). 

Do not put the credit card number in the email.  Instead, call the registration office at 310-243-3741 and give the number over the phone. 

If paying for a class using a purchase order or company letter of authorization fax or e-mail ceereg@csudh.edu your company’s P.O to (310) 516-3791 before registering (attention: OSHA Registration). Once the document is submitted, please call the registration office at 310-243-3741.
