Registration for CSUDH OSHA Education Courses

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR COURSE PARTICIPANTS. Please note the prerequisites required for most OSHA courses. The prerequisites can be found here or in the course descriptions, and you must submit proof of these requirements at the time of registration. On the first day of class you will be asked to sign an eligibility statement confirming you meet these prerequisites. By phone. Register by phone at 888-4LA-OSHA (888-452-6742) or (310) 243-2425, or you may submit the registration form and then call with payment via credit card or print out and send in the registration form with a check. All subsequent courses may be registered and paid for using the Internet once you have been assigned your student i.d. number. The registration office is open M – Th (8am – 8pm), F (8-5pm) and Sat ( 8–1:30pm). Registration via the Internet is available 24/7.

If paying for a class using a purchase order or company letter of authorization fax your company’s P.O to (310) 516-3753 attention OSHA Registration before registering. After you fax the document please call the registration office at (310) 243-2425 to complete the registration process.

INTRODUCTORY TUITION DISCOUNTS – A discount of 10% for open-enrollment CSUDH OSHA Education Center classes is available for the following organizations. This discount is available for Dominguez Hills Education Center courses.

• Current Members of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE)
• Current Members of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA)
• Current Members of the California Society for Safety and Security Professionals (CSSSP)

You will need to fax in a copy of your current membership card or a letter from your Chapter President to (310) 516-3753 within 24 hours of registering.

GROUPS OF 5 or more….
