Your Diploma

How It Works

  • The process of conferring degrees usually takes about six to eight weeks and begins approximately two weeks after the end of the semester of the graduating term. For example, a student graduating in the fall semester (December) would expect his/her degree to be cleared during the following spring.
  • Once a student is cleared for graduation, a diploma is prepared. When the diploma is ready, the student is sent notification that she/he has graduated and that their diploma is available for pick up. This notification letter includes steps to take in case a diploma is to be mailed or picked up by a proxy.
