Additionally, complete all forms to the best of your ability - be sure to include any additional documentation that may strengthen your petition. For assistance with completing the General Education Petition visit the University Advisement Center. Completed forms should be returned to the Office of Admissions and Records WH - C290.
Note: All challenging coursework must be previously submitted in the form of OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT to the CSUDH office of Admissions and Records.
