The Western Association for Accreditation of Colleges (WASC) accredits CSU Dominguez Hills. The section on WASC includes all information required to maintain the University′s regional accreditation. The Vice Provost for Academic Affairs is the institutional accreditation liaison officer (ALO).

Also in this section is a listing of all approved Centers and Institutes that are part of the academic mission of the University.

In fall 2003, the Message Board was created to provide a forum for various constituents of the University to express their ideas on the reorganization of Academic Affairs. It will remain operational so that all constituents of the University may begin dialog on issues relevant to the Division. Posts that are not relevant to the Division will be forwarded to the appropriate administrator.

Finally, there is an Archive where all information that is not current is stored. It includes among other things minutes and agendas for Academic Affairs bodies no longer in existence.
