General Accounting provides the record keeping function for the University.  We process the requests of expenditure transfers; we distribute the FRS quarterly departmental reports; we process all the charges from the Chancellor's Office and State Controller's Office as well as producing the consolidated University Financial Statements for the campus.

Please contact our office if you have any questions about the content of a particular report, expenditure transfers, month-end closing, or opening a new trust account.

Notice: Effective July 1, 2006 we have transitioned to CMS Peoplesoft.
