Installment Payment Plans Online

Various Payment Plans are available online.  All active payment plans are listed in the Payment Plan tab of the Toropay site.  Even though a payment plan is active, you still may not qualify for the plan.  Please read the description of the various plans in order to select the one that is best for your needs.

Online Billing

You will no longer receive a paper billing for your fees.  Your electronic bill will be sent to your @cp.csudh.edu email account and can be viewed in ToroPay.  

Authorized Users

You now have the ability to authorize another user to view your outstanding balance and pay your balance on your behalf.  By setting up an authorized user the person will have a unique user and password and only have the ability to view your financial information and not your personal information, grades or stored payment information.  To access this functionality select the Authorized User tab of ToroPay.

Electronic Payments

You can pay by check or credit card online.  You can make a one time payment, or set-up reoccurring payments.  All check and debit/check card transactions will be processed as Electronic Fund Transfers.  Click here for more information on EFT transactions.

Parking Passes Online

Parking passes can be purchased online for mail delivery or pickup at the cashiering window.  To access this feature select the parking online link through the home page of ToroPay.
