The Financial Aid Accounting Office is responsible for the issuance of all financial aid and student refund checks as well as Short-Term Emergency Loans.  Short-Term Loan checks must be picked up in person.  Financial Aid checks are mailed. We will assist students who have questions concerning their checks.  If a check is lost, missing or stolen, we will process your stop payment request. We also process all student waivers.
