Student Fee Refund Information

Refunds (Including Non-Resident Tuition)

·        Total Withdrawal from University (No courses)- To receive a 100% refund of registration fees, students must withdraw from the University before the beginning of the semester.  After this point refunds are prorated, beginning with the first day of the semester and up to the 60% point of the semester.  (Previously, students could withdraw up to 14 working days into the semester and receive a 100% refund. )

                              

·         Drop in Units (Still enrolled in at least one course) -To receive a refund of a drop in units from Full time to part-time courses must be dropped before the end of Add/Drop for the semester.  If a course is dropped after the end of the Add/Drop period,  no refund will be given for that course(s). For courses less than 4 weeks in length no refund will be given if the course is dropped on or after the first day of class.
