Important Information About Your Check or Debit/Check Card Payment

Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) will be utilized for all check payments, including debit/check card transactions

By submitting payment by check, routing number, or debit/check card you are giving permission to process the payment as an EFT

EFT transactions may be deducted from your bank account as soon as the same day your payment is received by the University.

For payments made online or at the Cashier's Office, this could mean that funds are deducted from your bank account immediately

For payments made at the Cashier's Office, this could mean that your financial institution may not return your paper check to you

By submitting payment by check, routing number, or debit/check card you are giving permission to pay a fee for the return of an EFT unpaid due to insufficient or uncollected funds in the account specified for the transaction.  The amount of the fee will be $25.

Refunds for payments made by EFT may also be refunded by EFT.  By submitting a payment that results in an EFT, you are giving permission to process any refund of that payment to also be processed by EFT.
