MEMORANDUM
January 2, 2003
To: Campus Community
From: Rodney P. Foster
Manager, Training &
Classification
Subject: Employee Resource Library
In the
continuing recognition of the important role staff members play in achieving
the central mission of the University, I am taking this opportunity to remind
employees of the Employee Resource Library.
The Library includes self-help materials such as videotapes, audiotapes
and books and provides a resource for campus faculty and staff to use individually,
in meetings, or as a supplement to regularly scheduled workshops and seminars.
Departments or
employees are limited to borrowing two video/audiotapes or books at a
time. Materials are available for loan
for three working days. A completed
reservation request form must be submitted five working days prior to the
pick-up date. Because material may be
in use, please wait until you receive confirmation of your reservation.
Materials can
be picked up at the Human Resources Management reception counter in WH
C495. DUE TO THE EXPENSE OF REPLACING
DAMAGED AUDIOTAPES AND VIDEO CASSETTES, ALL TAPES MUST BE PICKED UP AND
RETURNED IN PERSON.
If you have any
further questions about the Employee Resource Library, please call me at
extension 3771.
