Full service catering and event planning available, including: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Hors d' Oeuvres. Customized menu planning is also available with our Catering Coordinator.
Steps to a successful Catering
Inquiry/Order:
- What, Where and When: Please know when your event is, what time it is at and where it is going to take place
- Review Menu: All menus are available on the University Website – Campus Dining
- Budget: Know your Budget or at least an Estimate in Advance
- Order Process: (2 Weeks Prior to your Event is Recommended)
- Submit Catering Order Form – by FAX 310 516-4197
- Submit Catering Request – By Email @ dhcatering@csudh.edu

Request for Catering Exception Form is an internal use campus form and is not available to off-campus entities. If you are not a division, department or on campus affiliate there is no exception from using DH catering on the campus of CSU Dominguez Hills.
CSU Dominguez Hills Foundation Campus Catering is granted exclusive rights to provide Food Services on campus per PM 08-04

Catering Services are available 7 days a week based on reservation bookings.
Please plan a minimum of 2 weeks in advance when ordering catering.
Room reservations are made with Loker Student Union, call (310) 243-3854.
Please reserve room first prior to making catering arrangements.
