Applications
are due at least 6 weeks before each start date to allow enough
time for processing, preparing the I-20 and mailing it in time
for you to obtain a student visa from a U.S. embassy or consulate.
HEALTH
INSURANCE
Health insurance is required for all students. Qualifying Health
Insurance is mandatory for all F-1 and J-1 visa students.
REFUND
POLICY
If a student withdraws from the session before the session
start date, a full tuition refund, less a $355 administrative
fee, will be issued upon approval of a written petition to the
Program Director.
After
receipt of all required materials by the ALCP office, students
can expect the processing of documents to take at least 14 days.
Students who receive the admission to this program will receive
an I-20 from ALCP which indicates their program admission. Upon
achieving the required TOEFL/IELTS score or by approval of ALCP,
students may begin their university classes in the following semester.
***
EXPRESS MAIL ($100): Due to the variance between the mail
systems of each country, delivery of I-20's by ground mail can
be problematic. I-20's not shipped by express mail may not be
re-issued if lost, damaged or stolen. Re-issued I-20's may require
a new application and new application fee as well as the requirement
of express shipping.
