Dr.
Edward Milecki,
ALCP
Director, International Programs and College Relations
Dr. Milecki
has worked in international business and education, in the public
as well as the private sector, for over 30 years. He began his international
travel as a child, working with US relief agencies in Mexico. As
a professor, both domestically and Internationally, he has presented
on a diverse range of topics such as International Business, Education,
Computer hardware and software, Marksmanship and ESL. He has appeared
extensively on television, promoting university programs and discussing
international education issues, in the Middle East, Latin America
and Asia. Having lived, worked, studied and taught in Asia, Europe
and Latin America has provided him with a wealth of experience.
His responsibilities as both a Center Director and in International
University Relations, take him to Asia, Europe, South America and
the Middle East on a regular basis.
Dr. Milecki
earned his bachelor degree in International Business at the Marshall
School of Business at the University
of Southern California (USC). He earned his three masters degrees
in International Management (MIM), MBA and M. S. TESL from the prestigious
Garvin School of International Management at Thunderbird
and The Rossier School of Education
at USC respectively. Dr. Milecki earned his Doctorate (PhD) in International
and Interculteral Education at The
Rossier School of Education at USC. His interests include: Playing
bass and guitar with his band, California wine, marksmanship, succulent
and cactus gardening, nature and travel photography, USC football,
American Barbeque and international cuisine, domestic and international
travel. |

Tony
Costanzo
Academic Coordinator/Instructor
Mr.
Costanzo has taught ESL for over twenty years in both the California
Community College and State University systems. He has taught
beginning through advanced levels of reading, writing, conversation,
grammar and pronunciation, as well as TOEFL preparation classes.
He has done many years of volunteer work with international students
in the U.S. and with Mexican nationals in Mexico. He coordinated
and directed a refugee re-settlement program in downtown Los Angeles,
and in Long Beach. He is currently the Academic Coordinator of
ALCP. TESOL Certificate, M. A. degree in TESL/English from CSUDH.
Traveled in Mexico, Kyrgyzstan, and Europe. His interests include:
Time with family; Church activities; Bicycle-riding; Martial Arts;
Bowling; Rock and Blues music.

Ortega
Program Assistant
Ms. Ortega
has worked for ALCP for many years. She earned her Bachelor degree
at CSU Dominguez HIlls and is a proud Toro (school mascot). She
loves helping international students. She assists students in applying to the university,
registering for Certificate programs and Study Abroad America, signing
up for local activities. She works with embassies, referring agencies
and schools. She manages students assistants, plans all of holiday
party's and generally manages our office. She has also taught ESL
and tutored for some time. She especially enjoys working with children
such our holiday Study Tour groups. Ms. Ortega enjoys travel, roller
skating, shopping and reading, especially short stories.
