Dr. Milecki
has been in international business and education for over 25 years
in both the public and private sector. He has taught classes in
International Business, Education, computers, marksmanship and English.
He has lived, worked, studied and taught in Asia, Europe and Latin
America. His responsibilities as the Center Director take him to
Asia, Europe, South America and the Middle East on a regular basis.
He began his international travel as a child, working with Church
based relief agencies in Mexico. Dr. Milecki earned his bachelor
degree in International Business at the Marshall
School of Business at the University
of Southern California (USC). He earned his three masters degrees
in International Management, MBA and M. S. TESL from the prestigious
Garvin School of International Management at Thunderbird
and USC respectively. Dr. Milecki earned his Doctorate (PhD) in
International Education at The
Rossier School of Education at USC. His interests include: Guitar
music, California wine, Kentucky
Bourbon, marksmanship, water gardening, photography, international
cuisine, domestic and international travel.
Tony
Costanzo
Academic Coordinator/Instructor
Mr.
Costanzo has taught ESL for over ten years in both the California
Community College and State University systems. He has taught
beginning through advanced levels of reading, writing, conversation,
grammar and pronunciation, as well as TOEFL preparation classes
for over two years. He has done several years of volunteer work
with international students in the U.S. and with Mexican nationals
in Mexico. He coordinated and directed a refugee re-settlement
program in downtown Los Angeles, and then in Long Beach. He is
currently the acting Academic Coordinator of ALCP. TESOL Certificate,
M. A. degree in TESL/English from CSUDH. Traveled in Mexico, Kyrgyzstan,
and Europe. His interests include: Time with family; Church activities;
Bicycle-riding; Martial Arts; Bowling; Rock and Blues music.

Ortega
Program Assistant
Ms. Ortega
has worked for ALCP for many years. She earned her Bachelor degree
at CSU Dominguez HIlls and is a proud Toro (school mascot). She
loves helping international students, especially those who bring
her treats. She assists students in applying to the university,
registering for TOEFL and Open University, signing up for activities.
She works with referring agencies and schools, manages students
assistants, plans all holiday party's and generally manages our
office. She has also taught ESL and tutored for some time. She especially
enjoys working with children such our holiday Study Tour groups.
Ms. Ortega enjoys travel, roller skating, shopping and reading,
especially short stories.
