Jerome Horton
Chair of the California State Board of Equalization (BOE)

When Jerome Horton, chair of the California State Board of Equalization (BOE), was an undergraduate at California State University, Dominguez Hills, he and other enterprising students were involved in the “Associated Bachelors,” an entrepreneurial group that promoted concerts in small venues, and used the proceeds to partially fund their education. The performers who were booked were usually the lesser-known opening act of a big-name musician appearing in the Los Angeles area.

Services include the CSUDH credit card and insurance products such as auto, homeowners, health, long term care, vision, dental, life. You will only receive information about CSUDH-approved affinity products and services.

Please note that this opt-out form is only for affinity partner services. You will continue to receive communications directly from CSU Dominguez Hills, such as campus news, special alumni invitations, and offers to support CSUDH.

This includes sending you information about the alumni association, the university, or other products or services.

Restrict Information Sharing With Affinity Partners:
Unless you say "NO," we may share your name, address, and electronic mail address with our affinity partners. Our affinity partners may send you offers to purchase various products or services that we may have agreed they can offer in partnership with us.

Time Sensitive Reply
You may decide at any time that you do not want us to share your information with our affinity partners. Your choice marked here will remain unless you state otherwise. However, if we do not hear from you, we may share your name, address, and electronic mail address with our affinity partners.

If you decide that you do not want to receive information from our partners, you may do one of the following:

1. Call this toll-free telephone number: (800) 472-1140 and follow the opt-out directions.

2. Email alumniprograms@csudh.edu with the following information: first and last name at graduation, address, city, state, zip, phone number, and the following statement: “Please do not share my name, address, and email address with alumni affinity partners.”

3. Fill out, sign, and send back the opt-out form to us at the following address (you may want to make a copy for your records).
