Congratulations on selling your book.
Please email Associated Students, Inc. at asi@csudh.edu so your book can be removed from the database. Include your first and last name and the title of the book that has been sold. Books are usually removed within 48 hours.
Please do your part and notify us, otherwise books will remain in the database for two years.

What is the Book Swap?
The Book Swap is an online service provided by Associated Students, Inc. for CSUDH students to buy and sell school books.
Who can use the Book Swap?
Only CSUDH students with valid CSUDH ID can sell books, but anyone can purchase books.
How much does it cost?
The service is completely free.
How long will the book be listed?
Books will be removed after two years, unless you notify Associated Students, Inc. that your book has been purchased.
When is the best time to sell a book?
Probably a few weeks before the semester begins and right before finals week. You want to post your book when others will be looking to purchase it.
When is the best time to buy a book?
The earlier the better, that way you don't have to worry about all the good ones being gone. Please verify you’re purchasing the correct book needed for your class. Associated Students, Inc. is not responsible if you purchase the incorrect book.
How much should I sell my book for?
It really depends on the condition, type of book, how much you paid for it. You determine the price of the book. Remember, people will buy the book if they think it is worth it and they are getting a good deal.
What if my book doesn't sell?
After two years, the book will be removed from the database. Sometimes the instructor will change books or a new edition will come out.
What happens when my book does sell?
You will receive an email directly from the person that wishes to purchase your book. You then should make contact with the person who wants to buy your book ASAP. How do I get my book from/to the person who bought/sold it?
Set up a meeting place and time. Since this is just for California State University, Dominguez Hills, you can meet on campus and make the transaction in a public location.
Can I remove my book if I change my mind?
Yes, simply send Associated Students, Inc. an email. The same process you would follow if you sold the book.
