Becky Coulas named Assistant Sports Information Director
Coulas moves over to CSUDH after two years at nearby Cal State Northridge

CARSON, Calif.-Becky Coulas has been hired as the Interim Assistant Sports Information Director at Cal State Dominguez Hills. Coulas arrives to the Carson campus from nearby CSU sister school Cal State Northridge.

Coulas, a Woodland Hills native, spent the past two years as a student assistant sports information director at CSUN. Her main responsibilities included men's and women's volleyball as well as women's tennis. At CSUDH Coulas will be the main contact for women's volleyball, cross country, women's basketball, softball and track & field.

"We are very excited to have Becky aboard as a member of our team here," states Toros Athletics Director Ron Prettyman. "She comes with solid credentials and experience and will no doubt be a vital part of our team here at CSUDH."

Prior to working at Northridge, Coulas was a camp counselor then Assistant Director of the Boeing Kids Camp located in West Hills, CA. She has also been in the coaching ranks serving as the assistant junior varsity volleyball coach at Alemany High School in Mission Hills, CA (1998) and the assistant varsity coach at Louisville High School in Woodland Hills, CA (1999).

Coulas is single and resides in Thousand Oaks, CA. Her appointment began in August.
