SEATTLE, Wa.-The West Region's No. 5 team, Cal State Dominguez Hills and host Seattle Pacific played to a 1-1 tie in a non-conference women's soccer match Friday night at Interbay Stadium.

SPU's Megan Lienhard scored via the foot of teammate LeRin Farrison off a right-side cross at 7:34. Lienhard finished the ball to the right corner of the Toro net from six yards out.

Cal State Dominguez Hills (6-3-3) equalized at 83:46 when forward Diane Garza shielded off an SPU defender near the 18-yard line and put a Kristen Walsh pass past Falcon goalie Jennifer Hull to the back left post.

Seattle Pacific pummeled the Toros' net the duration of the match, out-shooting CSDH 16-6, but could not squeeze the golden goal out of Toro keeper Alba Garcia. Garcia was nearly flawless and finished the night with 10 saves. She played the entire match including overtime.

SPU keepers Hull and Erin Pierce combined for three saves between them. Seattle Pacific was granted four corner kicks to Cal State Dominguez Hills' two.
