Toros Take Game of Softball to Kindergarten Class
Players and coaches teach softball skills to Olita Elementary's Kindergarten class

CARSON, Calif.- Members and coaches of the 2003 Cal State Dominguez Hills softball team headed out to Olita Elementary School in La Habra, CA to spend an afternoon with Mrs. Petrakis's kindergarten class.

The CSUDH athletes gave instruction on batting, fielding and throwing to the children, ages five and six.

Toros Clarissa Parga, Cindy Gates, Natalie Greco and Val Long, along with coaches Jim Maier and Lisa Monreal, interacted with the students and exposed them to the sport of softball.
