Baseball Series at
Grand Canyon This Weekend Pushed Back a Day |

CARSON, Calif.--(February 9, 2005)--Because of severe weather warnings in the greater Phoenix area, the baseball series with Grand Canyon University scheduled to start on Friday, will now begin on Saturday. The three-game series will start on Saturday at 7 PM followed by a twinbill against the Antelopes on Sunday beginning at noon. Cal State Dominguez Hills is 3-2 to begin the season after winning at Vanguard University yesterday afternoon by a score of 11-8. The Toros are on the road for the next two-plus weeks and are set to return to Toro Field on Friday, February 25 to begin a four-game league series against Sonoma State. |
