WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(March 16, 2005)--Cal
State Dominguez Hills' Les Norman has been selected to the
First-Team All-California Collegiate Athletic Association Men's
Basketball team as announced by the league office.

Norman, a senior guard from Lebanon, IL, led
the Toros in scoring and rebounding averaging 16.2 points and 6.5
rebounds per game. Both marks were among the league leaders
placing him fifth overall in scoring, and sixth overall in
rebounds.
Norman found his name in other league-wide
statistical categories including: Offensive rebounds (10th),
free-throw percentage (13th), assists (13th), field-goal
percentage (15th), steals (17th) and 3-point field-goals made
(18th).
The 6'1" transfer from Coppin State led
CSUDH in scoring in eight games this year, including a season-high
29 points against Cal State Stanislaus. He also led the team in
rebounding 10 times.
Cal State Dominguez Hills finished in ninth-
place in the CCAA standings with a 7-20 overall record and a 6-14
mark in league play under first year Head Coach Damaine Powell.
