Eda had a banner senior season, tallying 19 home runs, 69 runs, 45 RBIs and a prodigious .722 slugging percentage, good for 6th-best nationally in home runs and 10th in runs scored per game. In the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Conference, Eda topped all players in home runs and runs scored, and finished the regular season 2nd in slugging percentage and triples, 7th in stolen bases, 8th in RBI, 14th in hits, 17th in on-base percentage and 28th in batting average.

The Palos Verdes native enjoyed 20 multiple-hit games, including six 3-hit performances and one 4-for-4 day against Cal Poly Pomona.

He was named the CCAA Player of the Week the week of Feb. 28 - March 6, during which he went 7-for-11 with 3 home runs, 3 doubles, 6 RBI and a prodigious 1.727 slugging percentage. In his career, he has blasted 23 home runs as a Toro, driven in 55 runs and collected 78 hits.

Earlier this month, Eda picked up his first-career first-team ABCA/Rawlings All-West Region and All-CCAA nods and, with this second-team NCBWA selection, now is eligible for NCBWA Division II All-American honors, which will be announced next week.
