Kamara Named
CCAA/Brine Men's Soccer Player of Week |

Courtesy CCAA Media Relations Office WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -- Cal State Dominguez Hills forward Kei Kamara (Lawndale, CA/Leuzinger HS) has been named the Brine California Collegiate Athletic Association Men’s Soccer Player of the Week for the week of September 6-11. Kamara, the reigning CCAA Most Valuable Player, scored a pair of game-winning goals to lead the Toros to a 2-0 week. He scored in the 14th minute to lead CSUDH to a 2-0 win over Vanguard (Sept. 8). Two days later, Kamara scored in the final minute of play to power the Toros to a 2-1 upset over fifth-ranked Seattle Pacific (Sept. 10). This is Kamara’s first Player of the Week honor this year, and second of his career. |
