San Diego, CA Granada Meia
Tezeno (Hercules, CA/Hercules HS) continued her impressive
freshman year with a third place finish in the 200-meter dash at
the Aztec Track & Field Invitational, finishing ahead of
Division I sprinters from UNLV, SDSU, and CUSLB. The meet was
hosted by San Diego State and held on the Choc Sportsman Oval,
In her first meet since garnering All-American
honors in the 60-meter hurdles at the NCAA Indoor Track &
Field Championships, the Hercules native crossed the finish line
in a time of 25.62, less than a second off the provisional time of
24.80 needed to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field
Championships held in late May.
