Inaugural “Toros Monte Carlo Night” Set For February 24

Carson, CA -- Cal State Dominguez Hills Athletics will hold its Inaugural Toros Monte Carlo Night on Saturday, February 24, at the newly-opened Loker Student Union on the CSUDH campus. This gala, one of two major fund-raisers for the Toros athletics program, takes place from 6:30 pm - 12 midnight, with all proceeds going towards CSUDH student-athlete scholarships.

Presented in part by CSUDH Athletics corporate partner The Trusperity Realty Services, the Toros Monte Carlo Night will feature dinner, dancing, a silent auction, opportunity drawings and a veritable array of standard casino options, including blackjack, craps, roulette and poker, complete with playing chips as part of your entry ticket.

“I’m really looking forward to this soiree,” says Deann Schlobohm, CSUDH’s Special Events Coordinator. “Not only will people enjoy a fine evening of dinner and dancing at CSUDH’s new student union, they also will be able to test their Monte Carlo-like skills while benefiting our student-athletes through their donations.”

Pre-sale tickets are available for $60, while a limited amount of tickets will be available at the door for $70 on the night of the black-tie extravangza.
