Toros Track & Field Duo Sets Provisional Marks at Southwest Host Classic
Panteau, Bowser set provisional marks in 200-meter dash
February 17, 2007

Carson, CA – In the Toros’ last meet before the NCAA D-II Indoor Track & Field Championships, the duo of April Panteau (Long Beach, CA/Long Beach CC) and Deborah Bowser (Long Beach, CA/ Cerritos JC) finished neck and neck in the 200-meter dash with identical times of 25.60, both setting provional marks.

The duo shared the fourth spot on the podium, finishing ahead of three runners from Northern Arionza University.

Other CSUDH results:

  • 55-Meter Dash: Bowser (7.38, 4th), Danielle Lewis (7.47, 8th)
  • 200-Meter Dash: Lewis (25.96, 6th)

The Toros will next complete on Saturday, February 24, at the Rossi Relays, hosted by Clarmont College to begin the 2007 Outdoor Track & Field season.
