What is the link I need to use to access my timesheet online?

I cannot login (I don’t know my user ID or password, or I thought I knew it and still can’t login).
- Your user ID is the same as your toroMail/Blackboard ID
- Your password is your toroMail/Blackboard password.
- If you have reset your password and don’t remember what it is, or if you have other problems logging in contact the IT Help Desk at (310) 243-2500 or extension 2500.

Can I access the system from home or off-campus?

I am able to login, but now that I am in the online system I don’t know what to do.

I have entered my time online and now I’m sure if I should Save for Later or Submit.
- Click Submit and then add or edit time.
- If you have entered all of your time for the month, you will need to Submit so that your timekeeper can approve it and payroll can issue you a check.
How do I print my timesheet?
- Go to CSUDH Custom > DH Timesheet > Print Student Timesheet
- Select the month you want to print from the pull down and then click PRINT
- You will then be taken to the page where your timesheet is stored. If the word “Timesheet” is blue and underlined you can click on the word Timesheet and your timesheet will appear.
- If the word “Timesheet” is not blue and underlined, keep clicking on the yellow REFRESH until Timesheet is blue and underlined.

What do I do once my timesheet is printed?
- Sign the timesheet and have your supervisor sign the timesheet.
- Once you and your supervisor have signed the timesheet, submit it to your timekeeper.

I have printed my timesheet and now I need to go back and make a change.
- Go back into the online system the same way you originally did: Self Service > Time Reporting > Report Time > Timesheet
- Make changes and then click on Submit.
- Reprint your timesheet (you may notice more than one Timesheet to select from. Select the Timesheet at the top of the list with the most current date/time).

I want to change my time, but I have noticed that it is grayed out and I cannot make any changes.
- Contact your timekeeper (a check may have already been issued for this time period).
