  • May 31, 2008: General Education Advising, Self-Service Advising, and Advising Report go live.
  • May 5, 2008: Regular University Self-Service Registration goes live.
  • April 7, 2008: Registration and Student Financials goes live.
  • March 2008: A PeopleSoft townhall provided updates on Human Resources/Payroll and Student Administration Applications.
  • February 25, 2008: The CSUDH Employment Web site goes live. Browse the Web site for job announcements.
  • February 2008: The Recruiting Module goes live on February 18; the module replaced the PeopleAdmin system.
  • February/March 2008: Financial Aid goes live with Institutional Student Information Report (ISIR) processing on February 12, followed by other processes.
  • November 2007: MyCSUDH goes live.
  • October 2007: Admissions and Fall 2008 class schedule go live.
  • August 2007: Course Catalog and Personal Information Self Service go live.
  • June 2007: HR Benefits Administration goes live.
  • January 2007: Asset management is rolled out.
  • October 2006: Online requisitions training was offered for College of Health & Human Services and College of Education on October 18 and 19.
  • September 2006: eFAST/eHIRE was offered on September 13; online requisitions training was offered for Central Academic Affairs, President's Office, and University Advancement on September 12, 14, and 21.
  • August 2006: eFAST/eHIRE was offered on August 1; online requisitions training was offered for Student Affairs on August 15, 16, and 23.
  • July 2006 - April 2007: The online requisitions feature is rolled out to the campus. See the online requisitions rollout timeline.
  • July 2006: PeopleSoft Financials 8.4 and Human Resources/Payroll 8.9 go live on July 3. Read the official go-live notice (Microsoft Word document 1.56 MB).
  • May 2006: Boice Bowman, CSUDH Vice President, Student Affairs, is named Executive Sponsor of the CSUDH CMS Student Administration project.
  • May 2006: Io Consulting, Inc., performs the readiness assessment for CSUDH's Student Administration application.
  • May 2006: The CSU systemwide CMS Project moves to a new data center and new hardware.
  • February and March 2006: Core users receive basic and advanced PeopleSoft (PS) query training.
  • November 7, 2005: CSUDH CMS Project kickoff date. Io Consulting, Inc., joins the project as the Financials and Human Resources implementation partner.
  • October 2005: Welcome to the CMS Web site, launched October 20, 2005.
  • September 2005: An Implementation Steering Committee, comprised of stakeholders throughout the campus, is appointed.
  • August 2005: CSUDH completes its CMS readiness assessment. See the letter from CSU Executive Vice Chancellor/CFO Richard P. West to CSUDH President James E. Lyons, Sr. (Adobe Acrobat document 5 MB) confirming the readiness.
  • February 2005: James Bersig is named CMS Project Director.
