When I try to access the application, I get an error message, and l am not allowed to see the page.  What can I do?
First, we recommend that you access the job site using Internet Explorer. Second, try closing your web browser and then opening it again.

Upon re-opening your browser, please delete your temporary internet files and cookies. To do this on your browser’s toolbar click “Tools” then “Internet Options”. In the “Temporary Internet Files” section, click “Delete Cookies” and also “Delete Files”. After you have completed these tasks, you should be able to access the job site. Finally, if you still cannot access the job site, you should contact your systems administrator or Internet service provider. They may have a firewall installed that is preventing you from viewing our page.

Does it matter what browser I use to acquire access to apply for positions?
Use the Internet Explorer browser with all updates and fixes applied.  Depending on the operating system that you are using, PeopleSoft will work with versions of Netscape and Mozilla Firefox as well.

Tip: Do not use the Internet Explorer's forward and back browser buttons since they do not function within the job site and you will lose data you have entered.  Please use the job sites navigational links to move between pages.

Can I apply with a résumé or cover letter?
If you wish to attach any documents to your application, you must attach them as one document or Zip file.  Attachments should be in Word (.doc) or Portable Document Format (.PDF) format.  We recommend that each attachment contain your name and the recruitment number of the job for which you are applying.  Human Resources cannot accept hard copy information.

    • To attach multiple documents in one zip file, navigate on your computer to the folder where those documents are stored.  While holding down the Shift key, left-click on each of the files that you wish to include.  Depending on your computer’s setup, follow one of these options:
      • While still holding the Shift key, right-click then select “Add to Zip file” from the menu.  Enter a name for the zipped file.  Click “Add.”
      • While still holding the Shift key, right-click, then select "Send to."  Select "Compressed (Zipped) file."
    • When applying for the position, select the Zipped file to upload.
