  • Proud to share the latest book “The Handbook of Psychology, Technology and Society” (Wiley Blackwell, 2015) (http://amzn.com/1118772024) Larry D. Rosen, Ph.D., Nancy A. Cheever, Ph.D., & L. Mark Carrier, Ph.D. The book contains chapters written by researchers from around the world and includes research done here at CSUDH in the George Marsh Applied Cognition Laboratory. The chapters from CSUDH are co-authored by current and former CSUDH undergraduate and graduate students.
  • One of our students, Ricardo Vargas a current Geology major, was selected as a 2015 HACU Summer intern with the National Science Foundation, Department of Atmospheric Geo Space Sciences. He will be in Washington D.C.
  • The National Science (NSF) has announced this year's recipients of Graduate Research Fellowships (GRF). NSF awarded two of our former CSUDH undergrads in their PhD programs. Cesar Deleon, in Chemistry at USC, and Abe Perez, in Ecology at Case Western.
  • Three California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) chemistry students had the opportunity to not only present their own research, but view poster and verbal research presentations by their peers during the 33rd Annual Southern California Undergraduate Research Conference in Chemistry and Biochemistry (SCURCCB), held at the University of California, San Diego on April 11. CSUDH chemistry students Noman Al, Lisa Dinh and Sidney Domholdt at ACS conference.
  • HP Supports Women on the Front Lines of IT Security Through 2015 Scholarship Funding. HP, ACSA and CRA-W have funded scholarships for undergraduates and master's degree candidates from 13 colleges and universities across the United States including: California State University, Dominguez Hills.
