Assembly of Graduates

Graduating students participating in the Graduate Commencement & Hooding Ceremony will assemble in the Home Depot Center loading dock located in the lower level. Master students should be in line no later than 6:00 p.m.
Friday, May 22, 2009
Graduating students participating in the Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony will assemble in Parking Lot 17, located in between the University Field and Parking Lot 6. Baccalaureate students should be in line no later than 7:00 a.m.
- Graduates will line up according to college and by major. The areas will be clearly marked with signs.
- Graduates should be in cap and gown. Leave gown boxes, cameras, purses, cell phones, etc. in cars or with guests.
- There will be portable toilets in the staging area.
- Physically disabled graduating students should contact Office of Disabled Student Services at (310) 243-3660 to work out individual arrangements, if needed.
- Guests with special needs should contact the Home Depot Center directly by visiting the website at www.homedepotcenter.com.
