Diploma
You will not receive your diploma on commencement day. Instead, you will receive a Certificate of Participation. Diplomas are issued by the University after verification that all your degree requirements have been met. You will be notified by mail (at the address on your graduation application) when diplomas are available for pick up at the Office of Admissions and Records (approximately two months after graduation). Please make sure to notify the Office of Admissions and Records of any changes in mailing address.
All undergraduate or graduate students who have earned degrees (B.A., B.S., M.A., M.S., M.B.A., M.P.A.) during either the summer of 2012 session or fall 2012 semesters, or who are candidates for degrees in spring 2013 or summer 2013 are invited to participate in the 2013 Commencement Exercises.
