What's Needed to Participate
Each prospective graduate must file for graduation. The Application for Graduation, available in the Office of Admissions and Records or online here, should be taken to the Cashier’s Office with the payment of $35.00 during the announced filing periods. Please direct all questions regarding graduation procedures to the Graduation Unit of the Office of Records and Registration.
All undergraduate or graduate students who have earned degrees (B.A., B.S., M.A., M.S., M.B.A., M.P.A.) during either the summer of 2012 session or fall 2012 semesters, or who are candidates for degrees in spring 2013 or summer 2013 are invited to participate in the 2013 Commencement Exercises.

Participation is a matter of choice. It is not required in order to receive your degree. Guest tickets are not required. Seating is on a first come, first served basis.
Degree candidates wishing to participate in the spring Commencement Exercises must file the Commencement Participation Form with the Office of Ceremonies and Events no later than April 15, 2013. If the deadline date should fall on a weekend or holiday, the deadline will be by 5:00 p.m. on the previous working day. The Commencement Participation Form is available online at http://advising.csudh.edu/oesp/login.aspx.
