Cap & Gown
If you plan to participate in the 2009 Commencement, you must wear academic regalia, which should be purchased from the University Bookstore. On campus students can begin purchasing the academic regalia at the 3 day Commencement Fair scheduled for March 10, March 11 and March 12, 2009 from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Student Union. Off campus students can begin to order their academic regalia as of March 11, 2008.
Please note that academic regalia cannot be ordered prior to March 11.
You should take some care in choosing what you will wear under your gown. Remember, your clothes and shoes will show under your gown. We recommend subdued colors and styles. Low-heeled shoes are strongly recommended for your comfort and safety.
Attention Students, Faculty and Staff Please note that the bachelor, master and doctor's unit includes the cap, gown and tassel.
Students
Student can purchase academic regalia from the University Bookstore. Students cannot rent academic regalia from the University Bookstore.
Take your completed form to the CSUDH Bookstore to place your order or fax to (310) 327-0329. Thank you.
