Prospective students who are interested in applying to the University and declaring a major in Child Development:

• The Toro Transfer Center provides assistance to prospective students who are interested in applying to the University and would like pre-admission assistance including preliminary evaluation of G.E. transfer course work.  The center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to assist students on a walk-in basis or they may contact (877) U2-CSUDH or transfer@csudh.edu. The Toro Transfer Center is located in WH A240.
• To apply, please visit California State University’s CSU Mentor at http://www.csumentor.org/  in order to complete an online application.
• Transfer students who are interested in declaring Child Development as their major should visit www.assist.org to access whether any Child Development courses taken at another college or university will articulate with core requirements and to develop a degree progress plan.
