GRADE SUBMISSION INFORMATION:
In compliance with PM 87-01, grades are to be submitted within 48 hours after the final examination.  To facilitate the expeditious processing of Spring 2008 graduates and timely release of official transcripts, including Spring 2008 grades, faculty are requested to submit grades as early as possible and no later than the deadlines listed below: 

INCOMPLETE GRADE SUBMISSION INFORMATION:
To assign an incomplete to a student, in addition to assigning the "I" grade via toroweb you must submit a completed and signed "Request for Incomplete Grade" form to the Office of Admissions and Records by Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 3:00 p.m.

SPRING 2007 INCOMPLETE GRADES:
Incomplete grades issued for Spring 2007 are scheduled to lapse on Friday, May 9, 2008 unless a final grade or extension of the incomplete is submitted in the Office of Admissions and Records. Change of grades for these incomplete grades will be accepted through the end of August 2008.
