Academic records are maintained by the Records Unit of the Office of Admissions &
Records. Official copies of CSUDH transcripts may be obtained by submitting a written
request either in person or by mail (e-mail requests are not honored). When requesting
transcripts in person, please be sure to complete a
Transcript Request Form. Forms are
available on the web and from the lobby of the Office of Admissions
and
Records and Registration. Transcripts may also be
requested by mail. To do so, please include: Name(s) under which you attended Student ID Number Date of Birth Dates/Approximate dates of attendance Address(es) to Where transcripts are to be sent Signature Cost of Transcripts (per order) 1. Single Transcript......................$4 2. Additional Transcripts (up to 10 copies)......................$2 each copy 3. Additional Transcripts (over 10 copies)......................$1 each copy You may mail your request with the appropriate fee to: California State University Dominguez Hills 1000 E. Victoria St. Carson, CA 90747 ATTN: Records Unit Please make checks or money orders payable to CSUDH. Transcripts are processed within 7-10 working days. Expedited processing of transcripts (processed within 5 working days) is provided for an additional $10. You can also request your transcripts online. Students using the online request option will be charged an additional $2.25 service charge per order.
