Fetuses Protection Against Assault

Hello Jeanne,

I went to the LA Times link today on your site and read a very interesting article. Article reads "House OKs Bill to grant Fetuses Protection Against Assault". The article automatically caught my attention. It actually discusses legislation passed that would make harming a fetus during an assault a separate crime. I feel that this should have already been a part of legislature. However, there is much controversy about the subject. Questions are being asked about how will this affect the 1973 Roe vs. Wade decision. The article confirms that this legislature will only affect those committing criminal activity. I found this article very interesting, and I just wanted to share it with you. Talk to you later, Demaris.
