Here is an Arabic source dealing with some of the same issues we have dealt with in theory: is mere contact sufficient to alter pejorative and intolerant images when dealing with multicultural groups?
Note that two of the authors are described as having broad experience: "Dr. Dan Rainey and Ms. Julia Morelli spoke from the Western point of view about how they view the role of the media in a democratic society. Both have had years of experience related to the media and are interested in inter-cultural issues related to conflict."
