Perspective is how you look at things. peoples' perspectives are different. their perspectives are shaped depending on many factors, like who taught them or where they're from. i have a perspective on higher education and higher paying jobs. it's not what you know, it's the methods you need to know to get computers or other machines to come up with your answer. An example is the SPSS program; its files give you all the numbers/answers. what you need to know are the procedures to analyze and compare the numbers and see how they all relate to one another.Good point, Quan. I like the way you went from defining perspective to sharing one of your own perspectives, and then linking that back into the importance of interpretation in statistics. An A submission. jeanne
