Revised Wednesday morning!
Schoolsnet Type "Dear Habermas" in the search for box, and click on Go. You will find a link to Dear Habermas on your screen! We received e-mail from them on Wednesday, March 14, 2001: "I am writing from Schoolsnet (www.schoolsnet.com), the UK’s leading education website for parents, pupils and teachers, informing you that your site is one of those chosen by our team of teachers to be part of our web guide." See Community Learning and Public Discourse for further information.
The Wearing of the Green by Dion Boucicault (1820-1890) A bit of this poem was quoted by TR Young in St. Paddy's Day: The Wearing of the Green. Scroll about 3/5ths of the way down the file for the quote from the poem.
Dion Boucicault, with such a French name, "was an Irishman born in Dublin." Later, in New York, he wrote The Sidewalks of New York!
Backup of Boucicault's poem from http://www.franks.org/fr01068.htm on March 18, 2001. I went out to find the wearing of the green to answer Keyana Woolen's questions, which are uploaded to Shared Comments on St. Patrick's Day and Justice. Scroll two thirds of the way down the file.
Why Universities Are Morally Oligated to Strive for Diversity by Richard Delgado, who was my Civil Procedure teacher at UCLA Law School. He's also written some excellent material on limitations on alternative discourse through such simple matters as indexing based on dominant discourse. Tag me to find the links for you. Here's one:

Test Preparations by Class:
There are sample discussion questions and self tests up, at least on Peace and Conflict Test Preps. It's clear this is going to take me a while, especially since I'm still tired. How about we agree to take the next couple of weeks to develop these files, and we won't have a mid-term till after that? jeanne, Sunday, March 11, 2001.
Sample criminology test added, with answers and lectures under self-test, criminology theory.
