I went to the site index on forgiveness and was very intrinqued by what it
had to say about the subject matter. Some of the things I got out of it
were:
- that we must forgive people totally because, if we don't, it will affect
our future judgments because we will be hopelessly into protecting ourselves and
not caring about anyone else.
- I also looked at the web site of Dr. Kim Cameron on forgiving. His studies were very interesting on how they show companies who have laid people off due to downsizing become more productive and even stronger by apologizing to these workers who were laid off and by asking them to come back aboard with the company if they can give a good reason why the company needs them to survive.
