Index of Models for Visual Projects
- Live Out Loud
A card project on social justice you can play with over the holidays.
Patterns and instructions for the basic card.
This card opens up into a string of guelph dolls. If you decorate just one side of the card, you can use the other side for brief one or two word messages. Plenty of room, and the card closes up for convenience. People like them. And you can tell them on the undecorated side where to find the instructions to make one themselves.
- Making a Box
- Why Are We Making Boxes? Pattern Recognition instructions for making a box.
- Detailed Step-by-Step Instructions for making a box. Notice the difference in ease of teaching and learning when pattern recognition is used.
The box is an excellent visual structure for showing the appearance of simplicity (or organization or structure) from the outside, with complexity (or disorganization or the inclusion of many factors) inside.
