This will be Moot Court's Fourteenth Year at CSUDH. In 1999, Anthony Filer, Esq., one of your favorite and most loved attorneys offered the course, as we made the difficult switch to the effects that modern technology has brought to Moot Court. Those of you who are interested in a Spring Exhibition Performance with a full panel of Judges should e-mail us so that we can plan for the performance. We will need to make class, study, and practice arrangements. Students who have had the Moot Court class are welcome to take part in the Exhibition, as are those who have not yet had the class experience. Students at the University of Wisconsin, Parkside, are also welcome to take part, though we will need to carefully plan for your participation, so please let us know early. Conference equipment that will let us cross distances is available, but must be arranged for.All materials needed to prepare for the Exhibition are on the site, or soon will be. Be sure to
Jeanne. We'll need to begin planning by early September. jeanne, July 22, 1999.
