Sticks and stones are breaking my bones that even words are hurting me.
The hurt I feel is what my ancestors have learned me
through the validation of other and the afflextion of my skin brings pain
the hurt i feel is real, them dam stick and stone are hurting me.

I not the women i was and I'm not the women i could be
Why don't people just believe in me
When I talk it's as if i don't even exist
but i know i do or at least i think i do.
I feel as other feel, I love as other love
and most of all i hurt as other hurt
stick and stone have broke my bones that even words are hurting me.
